You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app only on Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not: copy (except as expressly permitted), modify, translate, or create derivative works of the app; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; remove any proprietary notices; rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app; or use the app in violation of any law.
The app provides general fitness information only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The app connects to third-party services (Supabase, Groq, Apple StoreKit, Apple HealthKit) to provide its features. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms.
If you are a consumer, you may have non-waivable rights under your local law that this license cannot override.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
