By creating a GoBlu account or using the app you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
GoBlu is a fitness tracking and AI coaching app. It is not a medical device, is not a substitute for medical advice, and does not diagnose or treat any condition. The information and AI responses we provide — including programs, weight recommendations, damage-control plans, and coach messages — are general fitness guidance only. Consult a qualified physician before starting any new training program, especially if you have an injury, illness, or chronic condition.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for ensuring the email associated with your account is current. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
GoBlu Pro is an auto-renewing subscription processed through Apple's StoreKit. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel from iOS Settings → Your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy. We do not issue refunds directly.
Coach Chat, Weight Explainer, Damage Control, Cheat Meal planner, AI Program Generator, Bring-Your-Own-Program parsing, and Scan My Gym are powered by third-party large language models (Groq). AI responses are generated on-the-fly and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for using your own judgment. We do not guarantee any particular result and disclaim liability for decisions you make based on AI output.

The app, its design, code, content, and trademarks are owned by GoBlu. AI responses generated for you are yours to use for personal fitness purposes; you may not resell, rent, or redistribute them.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will GoBlu, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$50.
You agree to indemnify and hold GoBlu harmless from any claim arising from your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for any breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be flagged in-app at next launch. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
